Return policy
Important: please read our return policy carefully. There are no exceptions, as the general terms and conditions were accepted upon purchase.
Returns:
returns made without prior request and authorisation will not be accepted. In this case it will not be possible to request a refund.
- Deadline: you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. After this period, it is no longer possible to return or exchange the product.
- Conditions:
- the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- For products where hygiene is important, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

- if damaged, a photo of the product

- Our returns address is located in China only. Returns to other addresses will not be accepted and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Returns without prior notification are not valid.
- Return at your own expense and risk:
- Returns are at your own risk.
- The company accepts no responsibility for packages that are lost or held at customs.

Tracking your shipment:
- Once you arrange the return with your chosen courier, they will provide you with a tracking number. Please keep this tracking number for your records and use it to monitor the progress of your return shipment.
- As the return shipping is arranged independently by you, we do not have control over the shipment or access to tracking information unless it is provided to us. We will use the same tracking number to monitor the return and confirm its delivery.
- Without a valid tracking number, the return cannot be traced. In such cases, we are unable to verify receipt of the package, and the right to a refund may be forfeited.
Refund:

Procedure: As soon as the return has been received and checked, you will receive an email with confirmation or refusal of the refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used for purchase.
- Late or missing refund:
- If you haven't received a refund within 30 days, please check your account.
- If you still have not received a refund, contact us at support@harringtoncohatters.com.
Exceptions:
- Defective products: if you have received a defective product, we will send you a new one free of charge.
- Cancellation: orders cannot be cancelled after completion, as our system processes them automatically.
